We bag and grind each coffee to order, so our delivery time includes processing which is the time between us receiving your order and our Production Team bagging and grinding (if requested) your coffee. From there, the bags of coffee and retail items are packaged to ship!

We use USPS and UPS depending on the order but overall, our shipping is 1-3 days so we can insure the quickest delivery to your home! This process takes 3-5 days on average, but during busy seasons such as Christmas we will extend this to 5-7 days for processing due to demand.

Our coffees are added online based on availability and seasonality. Single origin coffees are available based on the farms and sellers we order from, which is why these coffees can be switched out quite often.

Flavored coffee is available based on seasonality. We offer a special selection for the Spring/Summer and Winter/Fall, these are based on the most common and loved flavors during each season. Some examples of this are the fan-favorite Snowflake Crunch, available in the Fall/Winter, or Hawaiian Hazelnut which is available only in the Spring/Summer.

We offer two flavors as decaf, Southern Pecan and Goat Tracks. These can be ordered on the Mountain Water Decaf page, then select your flavor in the drop-down option menu.

We do not currently offer e-gift cards, but we are looking for a way to reintroduce this item to our online store. Until then, we offer physical gift cards which can be used in our cafes only.

We recommend using a darker roasted coffee (such as our Midnight Express) for cold brewed coffee, with a 1:4 coffee weight ratio, steeped over 16-20 hours!

Since scoop size may differ, we suggest starting with a 1:1 ratio and then adjusting to your taste.

No, we don't add sugar to any of our cold brew products. Sugar can be added to cold brew cups in the café but not to the pre-packaged gallons.

We don't always have every flavor or coffee offering in the stores that we offer online. However, we do have a custom order system for any that we may have missed. You can call our Capital Circle cafe and place a custom order seven days a week. All orders placed before 3:00pm, will be produced within two hours. After 3:00pm, your order will be ready the next day (or Monday, if it's over a weekend).

All our coffee blends, without flavoring, are absolutely nut-free. The flavored Powerbeans we use are from a company called Flavormatic, they state:

“Powerbean coffee flavors do not contain a significant amount of Calories, Fat, Carbohydrates, Protein, Trans Fatty Acids, Fiber and/or Sodium, therefore they are of negligible importance nutritionally. Powerbean coffee flavors are vegan, allergen-free and gluten-free.”

While our coffees are not Certified Organic or Fair Trade unless otherwise stated, we work closely with our suppliers, Royal New York and Café Imports, to make sure the coffee beans we roast are of the highest quality. Here at Lucky Goat, we ensure each coffee we source is up to our standards, and the standards which provide farmers with the wages they need for their farms and families.
